We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping is a flat rate of $50 for as many corals as you like.

We ship UPS Next Day Air which delivers in most areas by 10:30am.

Ultimate Corals only ships out healthy and pest free specimens. If we feel the coral ordered on the website is in an unhealthy condition, or has changes we feel you should be aware of, we will contact you in regards to a replacement piece, or deduction of that coral from the order.

In the event of a DoA, pictures must be emailed tomark@ultimatecorals.comwithin 2 hours of the recorded first delivery attempt. If delivery is not received on the first attempt, the DoA policy will be voided for that shipment. The picture must be clear and show the coral in its entirety.

All packages must be signed for or the Dead on Arival policy is VOID. You must pick up your order within two hours of delivery, if your order was held for pickup.

If any of the coral happens to arrive DoA a refund will be given in the amount of the original purchase price in the form of in-store credit. Any DoA refund’s will be at the discretion and direction of Ultimate Corals and it’s owners. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless Ultimate Corals receives a refund, in which the full refund amount will be passed on to the customer. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to process. Ultimate Corals is not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier mishandling or delays due to incorrect shipping addresses.

By ordering from our site, you are agreeing that you are familiar with the proper way to care for a new coral including but not limited to: acclimation, light acclimation, salinity, temp., ph. Ect. No refunds will be given if we feel the coral was improperly handled, or placed into an unstable environment.
Chargebacks for any amount of the shipment and the shipping charges without contacting Ultimate Corals first is illegal, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Many corals require time to get acclimated to a new tank. If you feel the coral is in an unstable status when it arrives, but not dead, please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to work out a solution. If an order is placed, and you receive a coral that is not on the original receipt, we will refund the amount of the missing coral, and request you enjoy our mistake.
